At Grad Manicures, every appointment is reserved just for you. We value your time and ask that you value ours.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice) will result in a 50% fee and will require a deposit to book your next appointment.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and may result in restricted booking privileges.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to offer the best service possible to every client.
